Should have excellent Analytical and Logical Reasoning Skill. Job Description: Server Installation Verify the Application & SQL is connecting with respect to the server installation work. Application Configuration Plan Do the Configuration with respect to the Configuration Plan document received from Implementation team. Verify the Configuration process with respect to the Configuration Plan document. Scope Verification – Internal Do the Configuration with respect to the Configuration Plan document received from Implementation team. Verify the process flow with respect to the Internal Scope verification document. Maintain the status of Scope verification. Handover the Application Configuration To Implementation Team. Data Migration Execute the Data Migration Work based on the document received from Implementation team. Maintain the status of data migration work. Handover the Data Migration To Implementation Team. Deliver the Customization Point Identify the customization point applicability (Client Specific / Product Specific). Verify the customization point with respect to the document. Organize the demo with teams (Implementation / Support) before release of the customization point. Document Print changes To made the changes in the crystal report based on their client requirement. Additional Support POC Support. Maintain Product Parasetting Document. General Master Creation/Modification. Live Support – Scenario Identification. Sales and Marketing-Video taken. Demo Readyness (Indian/Overseas) New Environment readyness-To enhance the product stability new environment will be handle with default configurations for both indian and overseas. Patch Release Process Newly handled logic and against the bug points the changes are released to the clients.
