Senior Product Manager

‍ We are looking for a Senior Product Manager who will own end-to-end product strategy, execution, and business impact for our platforms. This role requires a strong blend of product thinking, business ownership, and leadership capabilities to build and scale high-impact products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, GTM, and customer success to drive product innovation, deliver customer value, and ensure business growth. ‍ Experience in communications domain with understanding of messaging, voice, video, cloud communications, APIs, and customer journeys. Strong business acumen with experience owning product metrics and P&L. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across all organizational levels. Build and lead high-performing product teams by establishing frameworks, processes, and best practices. Collaborate with stakeholders across product, engineering, design, GTM, customer success, support, and service teams. Drive product decisions through data, experimentation, and customer insights. Lead 0→1 product development and scale products to maturity. Ensure strong alignment between business goals, user needs, and technical feasibility. Continuously evaluate market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Qualification and other skills ‍ Experience in communications domain with understanding of messaging, voice, video, cloud communications, APIs, and customer journeys. Strong business acumen with experience owning product metrics and P&L. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across all organizational levels. Ability to work in fast-paced environments and drive clarity in ambiguity. What you'd have? ‍ 8+ years of product management experience, preferably in B2B or platform-based products. 3+ years of experience managing high-performing teams including PMs, UX designers, and analysts. Proven experience in building 0→1 products and scaling them successfully. Strong product sense with the ability to validate hypotheses using data and experimentation.
