Assistant Manager - Platform Planning & Network Design

Job Summary Manage and deliver projects efficiently within scope, timeline, quality and budget. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution. Ensure high customer satisfaction through effective project delivery. Have experience & knowledge in managing the complex projects in Transmission, IP, DWDM, AS1273 technologies etc.. Experience in Stakeholder, Resource & Vendor Management. Experience in telecom Project Monitoring & Control, project analysis & Planning standards. Key Responsibilities Plan, execute, and monitor project activities Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders Track project progress and manage timelines Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies Maintain project documentation and reports Ensure adherence to quality standards and SLAs Drive customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in any discipline or related field More than 8 years of experience in project coordination or management Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask and manage deadlines Basic understanding of project management methodologies Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana) PMP/PRINCE2 certification (optional) Behavioural Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills. Highly self-motivated and directed, requiring minimal supervision. Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities. Create and maintain process documentation.
