Experience Requirement: 10-15+ years of experience in Oracle PL/SQL development. 3-5+ years of experience as a Technical Lead or Architect. Hands-on expertise in Stored Procedures, Packages, Functions, Triggers, Views, and Scheduler Jobs. Strong experience in production support, troubleshooting, impact analysis, and performance tuning. Proven experience in mentoring developers, conducting code reviews, and driving architecture decisions. Key Responsibilities: Application-to-Database mapping Stored procedure, package, trigger, and table analysis Backend scheduler/job analysis Impact analysis and solution design Architecture documentation and support readiness Team Leadership & Guidance Mentor developers on PL/SQL best practices Conduct code reviews and design reviews Guide enhancement and production support activities Lead RCA and troubleshooting sessions Drive KT and documentation initiatives Deliverables Application to DB Mapping Matrix Stored Procedure Inventory Trigger Inventory Job Inventory Business Rules Catalog Architecture and Data Flow Diagrams Support Runbooks and KT Documents Required Skills Oracle 11g/12c/19c PL/SQL Packages, Procedures, Functions Triggers, Views, Scheduler Jobs Performance Tuning and Query Optimization SQL Developer, TOAD, DBeaver Leadership and stakeholder management
