Collected role description
Tata Elxsi works with leading OEMs and suppliers in the automotive & transportation industries for R&D, Design and Product Engineering Services, right from architecture to launch and beyond. We bring together technologies that accelerate development & testing of connected autonomous and electric cars & off-highway vehicles. Key Responsibilities: 5-6 years of experience across the complete AUTOSAR-based software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, configuration, development, and validation. Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in AUTOSAR Application Software (SWC) development using hand-written Embedded C. Strong experience in designing and implementing Runnable entities, ports, and interfaces as per AUTOSAR Classic Platform methodology. Good understanding of RTE (Run-Time Environment) concepts, integration, and interaction with generated code. Experience working with AUTOSAR Memory Stack (NvM, MemIf, Fee/Ea) and memory mapping concepts. Experience with automotive communication protocols such as CAN, LIN, FlexRay, Ethernet, and basic knowledge of I2C, SPI. Hands-on experience with development and debugging tools such as Vector DaVinci Developer, CANoe, and Lauterbach TRACE32. Familiarity with MISRA C guidelines and embedded coding standards (preferred). Experience in unit testing, integration, and validation of AUTOSAR software components.
