The role requires deep expertise in wireless systems, strong debugging skills, and ownership of cross-functional technical execution. Tejas wireless team has developed high-capacity LTE macro eNodeB, 5G NR gNodeB along with Radio Units as part of end-to-end integrated solution to their customers. Our systems are already deployed in customer’s commercial network and engineers are working on to enhance the capacity and improve system level performance. Tejas Networks has invested in Wireless product development since 2012 with a vision to create globally deployable telecom RAN solutions. Several of the key components developed by the Wireless R&D team have been installed and commissioned across three continents. We are an active partner for 5G in the Indian Ecosystem and have significantly contributed to India’s standardization efforts in 3GPP, through TSDSI. The wireless team has over 100 patents. As part of the wireless team, you will work on developing products for next generation wireless systems. Own system integration and validation activities for 4G/5G RAN products and solutions. Lead integration of Firmware (FW), FPGA, Layer 1, Layer 2, Layer 3, and OAM components to enable Integrated SW build for required feature bring-up and product verification. Review product requirements and derive integration and validation scope for feature and maintenance releases. Perform end-to-end testing of features: LTE and NR features including Carrier Aggregation, MIMO, VoLTE, EN-DC, and mobility scenarios, etc. Analyze protocol logs, KPI data, and system traces to identify and resolve defects. Work closely with development, architecture, product management, and customer support teams for issue resolution and feature acceptance. Define SIT test strategies, test plans, and validation methodologies for new product releases. Lead root cause analysis and provide technical guidance for complex integration issues. Contribute to test automation, continuous integration, and quality improvement initiatives. Support customer trials, field testing, and production deployment activities. Drive continuous improvement in system integration processes, tools, and development infrastructure.
