Job Designation: RTL Design - Design LeadYears of Exp  10+Job Location: Bangalore What you'll do· Collaborate with business unit leadership to define and execute strategic initiatives.· Drive engineering execution and deliver customer's global project solutions.· Engage with stakeholders to ensure successful execution and regular project reporting.· Partner with HR for recruiting talented engineers for business needs.· Mentor teams and foster a supportive environment for team success.· Assist sales teams in customer interactions and proposal preparations. Who you are· Holder of a Bachelors in Electronics Engineering, Masters is advantageous.· Experienced in multinational environments with team management background.· Proficient communicator with a passion for learning and growth.· Skilled in RTL Design, SOC IP Integration, and advanced Design languages.· Capable of scripting in Perl, Python, Shell, or TCL.
