For more information about the organization, please visit www.enGen Globaldigital.com</p><p><br /></p><p>Role Summary</p><p><br /></p><p>As a performance test analyst, you will perform end to end performance testing activities for GUI and service based applications and software systems to identify performance bottlenecks.</p><p><br /></p><p>Essential Responsibilities</p><p><br /></p><p> • This role will create, maintain, improve, and troubleshoot NeoLoad test scripts for performance testing, will need to be able to create and maintain a NFR document, execute NeoLoad tests, analyze results, create test summary reports, and present results to stake holders. </p><p> • Will be responsible for completing performance testing activities and provide daily updates on assignments.</p><p> • Must have strong experience in at least one of the performance testing tools and performance testing process knowledge.</p><p> • Understand and collaborate on application design and technical implementation.</p><p> • This role must be well versed in all type of testing pattern like regression, system test, e2e test.</p><p> • This role should have at least a bit of awareness with agile framework & its functions.</p><p> • Other duties as assigned or requested.</p><p><br /></p><p>Must Have</p><p><br /></p><p> • 6 - 9 years of relevant experience in performance testing with a strong background in computer science</p><p> • Knowledge in software development using languages such as Java, Python, Javascript, C, C++</p><p> • Strong understanding of web application performance testing concepts and principles</p><p> • Strong Experience in one of the performance testing tools and APM tools</p><p> • Strong hands on experience in end to end performance testing activities</p><p> • Strong Analytical and Problem solving skills</p><p> • Understanding of AI/ML and Generative AI concepts and their application in software engineering and performance testing</p><p> • Ability to leverage AI-powered productivity tools to improve engineering efficiency and accelerate decision-making</p><p><br /></p><p>Good to Have</p><p><br /></p><p> • Experience in Neoload tool and Dynatrace tool</p><p> • Experience in Agile/Scrum practices.</p><p> • US health care knowledge</p>
