<div><b>Role Summary:</b></div><div>This role demands experienced Senior Python Software Engineer to design, develop, and maintain backend applications within a fast-paced, agile environment. </div><div><br /></div><div><b>Responsibilities:</b></div><div>1. Building efficient server-side applications in python (flask, Django, etc.)</div><div>2. Help design and implement functional requirements.</div><div>3. Peer code review and coaching junior team members.</div><div>4. Build efficient back-end features in Python.</div><div>5. Responsible to loading data into databases – managing databases. </div><div>6. Cloud development experience in Google Cloud (GCP) or Amazon Web Services (AWS)</div><div>7. Responsible managing GitLab CICD for the project.</div><div>8. Manage testing, unit test cases and bug fixes.</div><div>9. Deploying solutions to test environment and elevating the solution to prod environments.</div><div>10. Implement software enhancements and suggest improvements.</div><div>11. Solve technical challenges by debugging while writing code.</div><div>Required skills:</div><div>1. At least 6-9 Years of expertise in development and 3 years’ experience in python</div><div>2. Strong working Knowledge of Data Structures and Algorithms </div><div>3. At least 2 years of experience in work in agile.</div><div>4. Experience with Python Web frameworks (e.g. Django, Flask).</div><div>5. Understanding of databases, SQL, PGSQL, MySQL and NoSQL.</div><div>6. Ability to do code profiling.</div><div>7. Ability to quickly produce prototypes and proof of concepts.</div><div>8. Ability to present to leadership and articulate complex technical scenarios.</div><div>9. Knowledge around Unix Systems, NAS, pip, and Shell scripting.</div><div>10. Taking ownership of Modules and Features.</div><div>11. Ability to estimate story point for a given task/feature/module.</div><div>12. Ability to convert business requirement to technical requirement.</div><div><br /></div><div><b>Good to have Skills:</b></div><div>1. Support prepare technical, architectural documentation.</div>
