<p>Senior Automation Tester (AI-Enabled QE)</p><p>Experience: 9 Years</p><p>Role Summary</p><p>Seeking a Senior Automation Tester with 8+ years of experience in automation testing, API testing, and modern Quality Engineering practices. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in automation framework development, CI/CD integration, and leveraging Generative AI tools to improve testing productivity and quality outcomes.</p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><p> • Design, develop, and maintain scalable UI, API, and database automation frameworks.</p><p> • Automate functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end test scenarios.</p><p> • Integrate automation suites into CI/CD pipelines and support continuous testing.</p><p> • Perform API testing, database validation, and defect root cause analysis.</p><p> • Leverage AI tools (Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) for test case generation, test data creation, script development, and defect analysis.</p><p> • Collaborate with Product Owners, Developers, and Architects in Agile teams.</p><p> • Mentor junior team members and drive automation best practices.</p><p>Must-Have Skills</p><p> • Selenium / Playwright / Cypress / TOSCA (Mandatory)</p><p> • Java (Mandatory)</p><p> • API Testing (Postman, Rest Assured)</p><p> • SQL & Database Testing</p><p> • TestNG / JUnit / BDD (Cucumber)</p><p> • CI/CD (Jenkins, GitHub, GitLab)</p><p> • Git Version Control</p><p> • Agile/Scrum Methodology</p><p>AI Skills</p><p> • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, or equivalent AI tools</p><p> • Prompt Engineering</p><p> • AI-assisted Test Case & Automation Script Generation</p><p> • AI Output Validation and Quality Assessment</p><p> • Understanding of Responsible AI concepts</p><p>Nice to Have</p><p> • Python</p><p> • Cloud Platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP)</p><p> • Performance Testing (JMeter/LoadRunner)</p><p> • Domain experience in Healthcare, Banking, Insurance, Retail, or Telecom</p><p>Qualifications</p><p> • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field</p><p> • 8+ years of Automation Testing experience</p><p> • Strong experience in automation framework design and implementation</p>
