<p>Senior Java Full Stack SDET / Automation Engineer</p><p>Role: Senior Java Full Stack SDET / Automation Engineer</p><p>Location: Hyderabad / Chennai</p><p>Experience: 12-15 Years</p><p>Employment Type: Full-Time</p><p>About the Role</p><p>We are seeking an experienced Java Full Stack SDET / Automation Engineer to design, develop, and maintain scalable test automation solutions for enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Java-based automation frameworks, API and microservices testing, cloud-native applications, and healthcare payer systems. Experience with PEGA applications and healthcare domain workflows is highly desirable.</p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><p> • Design, develop, and maintain robust automation frameworks for web, API, microservices, and event-driven applications.</p><p> • Develop automated test solutions for Java/Spring Boot based applications and cloud-native architectures.</p><p> • Validate RESTful APIs, microservices, messaging systems, and enterprise integrations.</p><p> • Build and execute functional, regression, integration, end-to-end, and performance test suites.</p><p> • Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, Developers, BAs, and DevOps teams to deliver quality software.</p><p> • Participate in design reviews, code reviews, sprint ceremonies, and release planning activities.</p><p> • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues across development, QA, and production environments.</p><p> • Implement automation within CI/CD pipelines and support shift-left quality practices.</p><p> • Validate Kafka, RabbitMQ, IBM MQ, and other event-driven integrations.</p><p> • Support testing of PEGA-based workflows, case management, business rules, and integrations.</p><p> • Contribute to performance engineering, reliability testing, and observability initiatives.</p><p> • Stay current with emerging technologies in automation, AI-assisted testing, cloud computing, and Java ecosystems.</p><p>Required Skills & Qualifications</p><p>Core Technical Skills</p><p> • Strong proficiency in Java (8/11/17+) and Object-Oriented Programming concepts.</p><p> • Solid understanding of Data Structures and Algorithms.</p><p> • Experience with Spring Boot, Microservices Architecture, and REST APIs.</p><p> • Strong expertise in API Automation using Rest Assured, Karate, Postman, or similar tools.</p><p> • Experience developing automation frameworks using Selenium WebDriver and Java.</p><p> • Experience with Cucumber/BDD Frameworks.</p><p> • Proficiency in SQL and database validation.</p><p> • Experience in testing distributed systems and service-oriented architectures.</p><p> • Experience with messaging technologies such as: </p><p>o Kafka</p><p>o RabbitMQ</p><p>o IBM MQ</p><p>Performance & DevOps</p><p> • Experience with JMeter, Gatling, LoadRunner, or equivalent performance testing tools.</p><p> • Hands-on experience with: </p><p>o Jenkins</p><p>o Git</p><p>o Maven/Gradle</p><p>o SonarQube</p><p>o CI/CD pipelines</p><p>PEGA Testing Experience</p><p> • Experience testing PEGA workflows, case types, business rules, and integrations.</p><p> • Understanding of PEGA application architecture and deployment lifecycle.</p><p> • Experience validating PEGA APIs and downstream system integrations.</p><p>Cloud & Modern Engineering</p><p> • Exposure to cloud platforms, preferably Google Cloud Platform (GCP).</p><p> • Understanding of containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.</p><p> • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.</p><p>Preferred Qualifications</p><p> • Healthcare Payer domain experience.</p><p> • Experience with: </p><p>o Member Enrollment</p><p>o Claims Processing</p><p>o Provider Management</p><p>o Care Management</p><p>o Prior Authorization</p><p>o EDI Transactions (834, 835, 837)</p><p>o FHIR APIs</p><p> • Experience in Quality Engineering transformation initiatives.</p><p> • Exposure to AI-assisted testing and test automation solutions.</p><p>________________________________________</p>
