Senior Manager - Vendor Management Operations

<p class="MsoNormal">The <b>Senior Manager (Contract Management & VMO)</b> will have overall control and responsibility for all Contract management lifecycle. The role will possess ability to read, understand underlying clauses in the contract and would have ability to recommend appropriate changes/ improvements to protect the interest of the organization (including commercial clauses). In terms of contract negotiation would take lead in understanding the business requirement, liaise with the interested parties and hand hold till contract closure.</p><p></p><p class="MsoNormal"><b> Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li style="margin-left:0.25in;">Manage strategic vendor relationships and serve as the primary point of contact for escalated issues<p></p></li><li style="margin-left:0.25in;">Conduct regular performance reviews and proactively address performance gaps<p></p></li><li style="margin-left:0.25in;">Develop and implement strategies to improve vendor performance and collaboration <p></p></li><li style="margin-left:0.25in;">Lead vendor negotiations and contract renewals to secure favorable terms and pricing <p></p></li><li style="margin-left:0.25in;">Lead a regular cadence of meetings between internal business owners and vendors <p></p></li><li style="margin-left:0.25in;">Conduct in-depth financial analysis of vendor proposals contracts and performance <p></p></li><li style="margin-left:0.25in;">Perform cost/spend analysis ROI calculations and TCO Total Cost of Ownership assessments <p></p></li><li style="margin-left:0.25in;">Collaborate with Finance to review vendor budgets track spend against budget and reconcile discrepancies <p></p></li><li style="margin-left:0.25in;">Identify and implement cost savings initiatives through negotiation process improvements and alternative sourcing strategies<p></p></li><li style="margin-left:0.25in;">Prepare and deliver executive-level presentations and reports on vendor performance financial analysis and strategic initiatives <p></p></li><li style="margin-left:0.25in;">Communicate effectively with senior leadership providing clear and concise updates on vendor-related activities <p></p></li><li style="margin-left:0.25in;">Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization</li><li style="margin-left:0.25in;">Develop complex vendor analysis reports for senior leadership including financial analysis performance contract and risk management contract.</li></ul><p style="margin-left:0.25in;"><span style="font-weight:bolder;">Experiences Required</span></p><ul><li style="margin-left:0.25in;">Looking for 15 - 18 years of total experience with minimum 10+ years of experience in Contract management operations</li><li style="margin-left:0.25in;">Excellent Communication</li><li style="margin-left:0.25in;">Should have experience in vendor performance analytics</li></ul><p style="margin-left:0.25in;"><b>About enGen Global</b></p><p style="margin-left:0.25in;">enGen Global is at the forefront of healthcare's global capability centers (GCC) in India, dedicated to creating powerful and innovative solutions that have a transformative impact on lives.
