This role bridges business operations and technology, ensuring the system is configured to meet functional requirements, data integrity is maintained, and users are properly trained and supported. The role demands strong project execution, stakeholder communication, and problem-solving skills. Key Responsibilities: Project Planning & Coordination: Develop and manage the ERP implementation roadmap, timelines, and deliverables. Liaise with department heads to align project goals with business needs. Process Mapping & Requirement Analysis: Work with internal teams to document current business processes and identify gaps or inefficiencies. Translate requirements into functional specifications for the ERP system. System Configuration & Vendor Liaison: Collaborate with ERP vendors or consultants to configure the system as per specifications. Monitor progress, escalate issues, and ensure alignment with company objectives. Data Migration & Cleansing: Oversee the preparation, validation, and transfer of legacy data into the ERP system. Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency during migration. Testing & Quality Assurance: Coordinate unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT). Log and resolve defects, ensuring the system meets all business and technical requirements. User Training & Change Management: Prepare user manuals and training content. Conduct workshops or one-on-one sessions to ensure smooth adoption and effective use of the new system. Go-Live Support & Stabilization: Provide onsite and remote support during and after go-live. Resolve user issues, track system performance, and support continuous improvement efforts. Key Skills & Competencies: Hands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP Business One, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo, Oracle NetSuite) Strong understanding of business processes (Finance, HR, Inventory, Procurement, etc.) Project coordination and stakeholder management skills Data analysis and proficiency in Excel or SQL Excellent communication and documentation abilities Adaptable and able to work across functional departments in a lean organization Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent Job Location: HBR Layout Bangalore Schedule: Fixed shift Ability to commute/relocate: HBR Layout.
