Stores In Charge / Stores Lead Website: www.kasgroup.in Location: KAS Factory, Apparel Park, Plot No. 24, DITP SW-51, Phase 2, Guddadahalli, Doddaballapura, Karnataka 562163 Job Summary The Stores In charge will be responsible for managing all store operations, ensuring accurate inventory control, timely material receipt and issue, proper storage practices, and maintaining stock records to support uninterrupted production activities. Key Responsibilities Manage inward and outward movement of raw materials, consumables, tools, and finished goods. Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels in the ERP/system. Ensure proper storage, identification, and handling of materials. Conduct periodic stock verification and reconcile physical stock with system records. Coordinate with Production, Purchase, and Logistics teams for material planning and availability. Monitor stock shortages, excess inventory, and initiate timely replenishment requests. Maintain store housekeeping, safety standards, and compliance requirements. Lead and supervise store personnel to ensure efficient day-to-day operations. Requirements 5-8 years of experience in stores, inventory, or warehouse management within a manufacturing environment. Knowledge of inventory control systems and ERP software. Strong organizational, communication, and team management skills. Proficiency in MS Excel and inventory reporting.
