Customer handling experience preferred, bigger scale Define plant quality strategy and annual quality objectives. Own customer satisfaction, customer complaints, and customer PPM. Approve plant quality policies, standards, and procedures. Review plant quality performance and conduct management reviews. Lead customer audits, IATF audits, and management reviews. Approve major corrective actions and improvement projects. Develop annual quality improvement and cost reduction plans. Approve manpower planning, training, and competency development. Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and top management on quality issues. Review plant quality risks and approve escalation decisions. Drive quality culture, Zero Defect initiatives, and business excellence. Review and achieve plant quality KPIs and customer scorecards.
