To show the world what you can do.</span></h4><h4><strong><span style="font-family: Arial; font-size: 12px;">Description:</span></strong></h4><ul><li><span style="font-family: Arial; font-size: 12px;">Lead Systems Engineer for Instrument Cluster/Infotainment</span></li><li><span style="font-family: Arial; font-size: 12px;">Perform requirements analysis and capture in compliance with applicable automotive standards</span></li><li><span style="font-family: Arial; font-size: 12px;">Develop Systems Engineering in compliance to ASPICE standards</span></li><li><span style="font-family: Arial; font-size: 12px;">Estimate and Plan Systems Engineering activities</span></li><li><span style="font-family: Arial; font-size: 12px;">Support technical meetings with Customer on requirements capture</span></li><li><span style="font-family: Arial; font-size: 12px;">Collaborate with software, system, hardware TPs/SMEs during critical design directions</span></li><li><span style="font-family: Arial; font-size: 12px;">Review TGR and TGW from similar projects and apply as appropriate during planning phase</span></li><li><span style="font-family: Arial; font-size: 12px;">Support defect analysis and perform cross program defect verification</span></li><li><span style="font-family: Arial; font-size: 12px;">Support system engineering during feature level FMEA to develop fail safe requirements</span></li><li><span style="font-family: Arial; font-size: 12px;">Review impact analysis of critical Customer changes with respect to cost and functionality</span></li><li><span style="font-family: Arial; font-size: 12px;">Identify &amp; escalate risks/dependencies (technology, capability, 3rd party, software, hardware, input docs)</span></li><li><span style="font-family: Arial; font-size: 12px;">Collect and analyze quality metrics and take appropriate actions in terms of checklist, training, mentoring, etc.</span></li></ul><ul><li><span style="font-family: Arial; font-size: 12px;">Analyze project level non-compliances and take appropriate action</span></li><li><span style="font-family: Arial; font-size: 12px;">Ensure use of requirements tools and share learning with the team</span></li><li><span style="font-family: Arial; font-size: 12px;">Peer review of all system engineering work products</span></li><li><span style="font-family: Arial; font-size: 12px;">Contribute to technical forums</span></li></ul><h4></h4><h4><strong><span style="font-family: Arial; font-size: 12px;">Desired Competencies and Experience:</span></strong></h4><h4></h4><ul><li><span style="font-family: Arial; font-size: 12px;">BE/ MTech - Electronics/ Telecommunication</span></li><li><span style="font-family: Arial; font-size: 12px;">Proficiency in complete Instrument cluster and Infotainment/TCU Requirement</span></li><li><span style="font-family: Arial; font-size: 12px;">Total 8 to 10 years of experience in automotive embedded software/Systems Validation or Systems Engineering</span></li><li><span style="font-family: Arial; font-size: 12px;">Good Experience in CAN network and UDS protocol</span></li><li><span style="font-family: Arial; font-size: 12px;">Understanding on CANalzyer and CANoe, CAPL scripting</span></li><li><span style="font-family: Arial; font-size: 12px;">Experience in Application Lifecycle Management tools for Software Version Control and Defect Tracking to ensure software quality.</span></li><li><span style="font-family: Arial; font-size: 12px;">Exposure to DNG or any Requirement Management tool.</span></li><li><span style="font-family: Arial; font-size: 12px;">G-UI requirements</span></li><li><span style="font-family: Arial; font-size: 12px;">System Architecture</span></li><li><span style="font-family: Arial; font-size: 12px;">System Integration testing</span></li><li><span style="font-family: Arial; font-size: 12px;">HW Architecture</span></li><li><span style="font-family: Arial; font-size: 12px;">Hands on experience in Modeling languages such as UML, MATLAB</span></li><li><span style="font-family: Arial; font-size: 12px;">Systems Thinking</span></li><li><span style="font-family: Arial; font-size: 12px;">Automotive embedded industry business acumen</span></li><li><span style="font-family: Arial; font-size: 12px;">Communication and Technical Negotiation skills</span></li></ul><h4><strong><span style="font-family: Arial; font-size: 12px;">More Good Reasons to Work for Visteon Focusing on the Future</span></strong></h4><h4><span style="font-family: Arial; font-size: 12px;">Our company strategy focuses on leading the evolution of automotive digital cockpits and safety solutions.
