Responsibilities: - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements. - Develop detailed solution architectures that meet business needs and align with technical standards. - Create architectural blueprints and design documents. - Evaluate and select appropriate technologies, tools, and frameworks to implement solutions. - Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend improvements and innovations. - Ensure that solutions are integrated seamlessly with existing systems and infrastructure. - Provide technical guidance and oversight during the implementation phase. - Work closely with development teams to ensure adherence to architectural standards and best practices. - Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, project managers, and development teams. - Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner. - Facilitate architecture and design reviews. - Define and enforce standards for code quality, performance, and security. - Conduct performance tuning and optimization to ensure solutions meet performance requirements. - Ensure robust testing and validation of solutions before deployment. - Maintain comprehensive documentation of solution architectures and design decisions. - Ensure solutions comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies. - Conduct regular reviews to ensure ongoing compliance and relevance. - Provide mentorship and guidance to junior architects and development teams. - Promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the technology team. - Lead architectural discussions and decision-making processes. Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred. - Professional certification (e.g., TOGAF, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect) is a plus. - Minimum of 8 years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years in a solution architecture role. - Proven experience in designing and implementing large-scale, complex solutions. - Strong knowledge of software architecture principles, design patterns, and best practices. - Proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, C#, Python) and frameworks. - Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and cloud-native architectures. - Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
