About: We’re seeking a Senior UX Strategist to help shape exceptional digital experiences by combining user insights, business goals, and creative innovation. You’ll take ownership of the user journey and help define the "why" behind the design—aligning strategy, structure, and storytelling to create meaningful and intuitive user experiences across platforms.You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Managers, Developers, Designers, and Stakeholders to design strategies that are both user-centered and business-driven. Responsibilities: - Strategic UX Planning: Define and communicate UX strategies aligned with product and business goals. - Champion a user-first mindset in all phases of design and development. - User Research & Insights: Lead qualitative and quantitative research efforts to understand user behavior, needs, and pain points. Interpret data to inform strategic decisions. - Experience Mapping: Develop journey maps, user flows, empathy maps, and service blueprints to outline user interactions and touchpoints across products and services. - Information Architecture: Define and structure content, features, and navigation systems to create clear, intuitive, and accessible user experiences. - Wireframing & Prototyping: Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate strategy into wireframes, low-to-high fidelity prototypes, and interaction models. - Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with internal teams and clients to align UX strategy with business objectives and technological feasibility. - UX Audits & Recommendations: Conduct usability evaluations of existing products and provide actionable improvement plans. - Mentoring & Team Leadership: Guide junior UX designers and contribute to the growth and evolution of UX practices within the team.
