Ensure compliance with statutory safety requirements and company EHS policies. Conduct regular safety inspections and identify unsafe acts/conditions. Conduct risk assessments implement corrective actions. Monitor PPE, Permit-to-Work, safe work practices. Investigate accidents, near misses and recommend preventive actions. Conduct safety induction, toolbox talks and employee awareness programs. Monitor fire safety systems and conduct emergency/mock drills. Ensure machine, electrical, chemical and material-handling safety. Monitor contractor safety and compliance. Maintain safety records, reports and audit documentation. Coordinate internal/external safety audits and statutory inspections.
