Collected role description

Sales App To manage, support, and ensure smooth functioning of the Sales Force Automation (SFA) application, including Attendance Management, PJP (Permanent Journey Plan), Sales Tracking, User Support, Data Accuracy, and coordination with TSO,TSA,ASM and RSM Retail App scheme & Gift Delivery Provide operational support for retailer engagement and loyalty applications. Manage retailer onboarding, activation, and account-related support. Coordinate retailer scheme launches, modifications, and communication. Monitor retailer participation, scanning activities, point accrual, and reward redemptions. Resolve retailer queries related to schemes, points, rewards, gift delivery, and transactions. Track scheme performance and prepare analysis reports for management.
