Key Accountabilities · Provide direct hands-on management for each assigned project from conception to execution. · Responsible for creating a content strategy and vision for the channel – Non-Fiction Content · Conceptualize/Develop/Manage and Execute the Show Launches to Achieve the targeted GRP/TVR/TSV/Slot Position while leveraging on cross function capabilities to align with the launch strategy · You should perform well under deadlines, have the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. · You will lead the creative team to make sure that the annual business goals are met. · Provide Content vision for development, execution, production and post-production of all existing projects. · Lead brainstorming/creative sessions to generate ideas · Creative supervision of entire process from scripting to delivery. · Work with channel on all creative aspects of scripting including episodic story, screenplay, dialogues, creative variations on the existing shows and new shows in future. · Overlooking daily schedule and shoot plan as per the channel and delivery deadline. · Approving the artist, locations basis the availability and the budgets as per the show creative and guidelines. · Work closely with production head/project lead to in order to achieve the show vision. · Build content pipeline from external broadcasters/clients you develop new business opportunities that allow you to monetize, expand, and promote your content. · Should possess good industry connect and links
