Collected role description

Key Result Areas: Responsible for Promo Direction of Movies, shows & events, from ideation to execution. Supervises every production aspect from Promo perspective by working with Producers on the highest possible quality – from run order acceptance to master delivery. Manages & mentors the OAP team and developing & training new script writers. Work closely with all Cross functional departments / stake-holders – Production team, Programming Team, Operations & Graphics Team, Consumer Insights and Strategy Team, Brand Management Team & Commercial Team to ensure the smooth process of building & meeting timelines, estimating costs and contracts & adequate exposure of all new launches & sustenance of existing shows. Coordinating with the Consumer Insights team and Brand management Team to define and evaluate strategies that effectively enhance the viewership and channel reach. Coordinate with Standards & Practices Team to raise compliance issues, liaise both internally and externally and ensure that the appropriate certification procedures are followed. Supervise Promo budgets, compliance, contractual issues, delivery requirements and music copyright. Development and delivery of Promo content within tight & stipulated timelines. Delivery of high-quality Promo that drives viewership and, where appropriate, ratings as well as critical appreciation.
