Planning and Strategising the channel FPCs for the month : a. Define the outlook for the month, b. understanding the genre PUT movements, c. tracking competitive environment and maximising the fresh and library movies to achieve the set goals. 2. Planning a promotion strategy for the respective Channels - identifying the highlights and planning promotions with the Channel management and the OAP teams. 3. Ensuring smooth and error-free execution of all the set SOPs for the programming team – movie dispatches, overseeing Sales integrations, library usage, FPC execution to the last levels, etc. 4. Managing team members to lead them towards the company targets with maturity and clear communication.
