Job Description What you can look forward as Specialist-Product Certification Execution: - Collaborate with global cross-functional teams and suppliers to support product certification and compliance activities. - Collect, review, and extract certification data, ensuring accurate and timely database updates - Maintain certification records and documentation within designated tools and systems. Prepare and update monthly compliance and certification status reports. - Monitor certificate validity and renewal schedules, ensuring all certifications remain current and compliant. - Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, data quality, and turnaround times. Ensure adherence to compliance tools, processes, and documentation standards. - Support cost optimization and delivery time reduction through effective certification and data management. Your profile as Specialist-Product Certification Execution: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering with 5-8 Years of experience in automotive, marine, aerospace, or related industries. - Experience in product certification, homologation, compliance documentation, and regulatory standards (ECE, SASO, CCC, BIS, etc.).Ability to analyze technical certificates, test reports, and engineering documentation. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Advanced Excel), Power BI, databases, ERP systems, SAP, and PLM tools. - Strong data management, reporting, and process improvement capabilities. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and supplier coordination skills. - Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in cross-functional global teams.
