Build real products with AI tools at Cedcoss Cedcoss is looking for freshers who think like builders and use AI as a productivity multiplier - not just a chatbot. You will ship real products, integrations, and automations from day one, working alongside a modern engineering and product team in an AI-first environment. Responsibilities: Build and deliver web applications, tools, and integrations from idea to deployment Collaborate with the team to transform concepts into functional products Develop scalable frontend and backend solutions using JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, and React/Next.js Leverage AI tools (Cursor, Claude, ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot) to accelerate coding and problem-solving Create effective prompts and AI workflows; evaluate and improve AI-generated outputs Build API integrations, webhooks, and automation workflows connecting platforms and applications Work with third-party SaaS tools to streamline processes through automation Debug issues, write clean and maintainable code, and continuously improve application performance Take ownership of assigned projects and contribute to delivering impactful, real-world solutions Requirements: Strong foundation in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript Hands-on experience with Node.js for backend development Familiarity with React.js and/or Next.js for building modern web applications Good understanding of API development and third-party integrations Hands-on experience with AI coding assistants and LLM-powered tools Basic understanding of prompt engineering principles Experience working with databases such as PostgreSQL or MongoDB Familiarity with Git, GitHub, and basic CI/CD practices Experience deploying applications on Vercel, Docker, or AWS is a plus Personal, academic, freelance, or internship projects strongly preferred What We Offer: Work in a genuine AI-first engineering environment - not just a talking point Ship real products with business impact from your first month High ownership and fast career growth for strong performers Collaborative team with modern tech stack and tools Competitive salary as per industry standards
