The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in technical recruitment, candidate sourcing, screening, stakeholder coordination, and recruitment operations, with a proven ability to identify, engage, and hire high-quality talent across multiple technology domains Key Responsibilities • Manage End-to-End Recruitment for Technical Roles. • Develop strategies to attract active and passive candidates. • Evaluate Resumes, Refresh Job Descriptions, and Post Open Roles. • Screen and Assess candidates for Technical skills and cultural fit. • Collaborate with Hiring teams to optimize recruitment processes. • Find and Engage Top Talent on Naukri, Linked In & Social Media Platforms. • Stay Updated on Industry Trends & Build a Strong Talent Pipeline. Preferred Skills • 4+ years of Technical Recruiting Experience. • Strong understanding of Technical roles and Sourcing tools. • Excellent communication skills. • Proven ability to meet or exceed hiring goals. • Familiarity with diversity hiring strategies.
