Responsibilities Develop and maintain web applications using PHP or Python. Build responsive web interfaces using HTML, CSS, and Java Script. Design, develop, and integrate REST APIs. Write clean, reusable, maintainable, and well-structured code following OOP principles. Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize existing applications, including legacy systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software. Leverage AI tools to improve development productivity while ensuring correctness, security, and maintainability. Participate in code reviews and continuously improve technical and engineering skills. Required Skills 2–4 years of professional web development experience. Strong proficiency in PHP or Python. Good knowledge of HTML, CSS, Java Script, and REST APIs. Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), data structures, algorithms, and software design principles. Good SQL knowledge with experience in My SQL, Postgre SQL, or MSSQL. Experience with Git and collaborative development workflows. Strong debugging, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills. Ability to understand, maintain, and enhance existing codebases. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Mandatory Requirements Proven experience using AI coding assistants (e.g., Chat GPT, Claude, Git Hub Copilot, Cursor, Windsurf, or similar) as part of the software development lifecycle. Ability to critically review, validate, and improve AI-generated code. Strong curiosity, learning mindset, and the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies, frameworks, and programming languages. Passion for continuous learning and modern software engineering best practices. Nice to Have Experience with Laravel, Django, or Flask. Exposure to React, Vue.js, or Angular. Basic knowledge of Dev Ops concepts, Docker, CI/CD, or cloud platforms. Familiarity with secure coding practices and software testing.
