You will be responsible for guiding the design and development of Key RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead the end-to-end UX design process for web and mobile applications. Conduct user research, interviews, journey mapping, and storyboarding to understand user needs and behaviour. Develop and implement information architecture, wireframes, and prototypes to visualize design concepts. Create and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across platforms. Work collaboratively with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to align design solutions with business goals. Utilize design thinking methodologies to solve complex user experience challenges. Ensure accessibility, usability, and UX best practices are integrated into designs. Drive innovation by staying up to date with the latest UX/UI trends, tools, and technologies. Effectively communicate design ideas and decisions through presentations and documentation. Qualifications & Skills 7+ years of experience in User Experience Design for enterprise applications. Strong knowledge of web and mobile UX principles and best practices. Advanced skills in user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing. Proficiency in building and managing design systems. Highly creative and inquisitive, with the ability to multitask effectively. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Expertise in interaction design and user interface building. Certified Usability Expert (HFI) or equivalent certification is a plus. Experience in a fast-paced software development environment with the ability to meet aggressive deadlines Technical Proficiency: The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with a wide range of design tools, including the Adobe CS5 Suite (XD, Photoshop, Illustrator), Figma, In Vision, Axure RP, Balsamiq, Omni Graffle, and Sketch. Additionally, a strong understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, and other modern front-end frameworks is required to effectively collaborate with development teams.
