As a Senior QA Tester, you will play a crucial role in our e-commerce migration project. Your expertise in retail and e-commerce, coupled with your experience in Azure, will be instrumental in ensuring the successful migration of our retail customer's platform. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading technology company and make a significant impact on a high-profile project. Zensar Technologies is seeking a Senior QA Tester for an e-commerce migration project. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail, e-commerce, and Azure, and will lead testing efforts for a major retail customer. Develop, create and execute comprehensive test plans and strategies for the e-commerce migration. Collaborate closely with development and business teams to understand requirements and ensure alignment. Perform in-depth testing of the retail customer's platform, identifying and reporting issues. Execute regression, integration, system, smoke, and UAT testing. Implement automated testing frameworks and tools to enhance efficiency and coverage. Conduct performance and load testing to ensure the platform's scalability and stability. Create detailed test cases and test scripts, covering various scenarios and edge cases. Review and provide feedback on the development team's code and designs. Lead and manage the testing team, ensuring efficient and effective test execution. Document and communicate test results, providing clear and actionable insights. Stay updated with the latest testing methodologies and best practices in the retail and e-commerce domain. Minimum 8 years of experience in QA testing, with a focus on retail and e-commerce projects. Proven experience in leading and managing testing teams, preferably in an e-commerce context. Strong knowledge of Azure and its testing capabilities, including Azure DevOps and Azure Test Plans. Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. Exposure to microservices architecture and event-driven systems. Excellent understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team. Proficiency in test case design and test script creation. A proactive and innovative approach to testing, with a passion for continuous improvement.
