We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Art Director with a proven track record in delivering impactful designs across various mediums. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the design process from conception to final delivery, ensuring that our designs effectively communicate our brand message and engage our audience. You will collaborate closely with clients, managers, and the creative team to interpret design briefs, generate fresh ideas, and produce visually compelling designs that meet our clients’ needs and expectations. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Coordinating with managers to understand design briefs, record requirements, and effectively communicate clients’ needs. Overseeing all design elements, from initial concept development to final delivery, maintaining a high standard of quality throughout the process. Reviewing final layouts, providing constructive feedback, and suggesting improvements to ensure high-quality deliverables. Presenting finalized ideas and concepts to clients and account managers, gaining full approval and ensuring client satisfaction. Maintaining high standards of quality and ensuring that only the best work is released to clients. Ensuring that designs and content reflect consistently and positively the brand image. Assisting in hiring and managing the creative team, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment. Taking care of proper workflow of graphics and ensuring smooth coordination within the team.
