Ensure smooth collaboration with creative, content, SEO, design, and technical teams for timely campaign delivery. Monitor campaign performance and track key metrics such as ROI, ROAS, CPL, CAC, CTR, conversion rate, and engagement rates. Use analytics tools such as GA4, Meta Ads Manager, and reporting dashboards to derive insights and optimization opportunities. Assist in preparing performance reports with clear insights, trends, and actionable recommendations for campaign improvement. Support continuous optimization through A/B testing, audience segmentation, and creative performance analysis. Coordinate implementation of tracking systems including pixels, conversion APIs, and UTM structures for accurate attribution. Collaborate with content and creative teams to develop platform-specific, high-performing digital content. Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines, target audience behavior, and platform algorithms. Support development of short-form video, social-first creatives, and SEO-optimized content strategies. Assist in improving landing page performance using conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles. Conduct competitor analysis, industry research, and audience insights to strengthen campaign strategies. Stay updated with emerging digital marketing trends, AI tools, platform updates, and algorithm changes. Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities based on client performance and business potential. Support preparation of proposals, pitch decks, and business presentations for new and existing clients. Assist in client communication, ensuring timely responses, updates, and resolution of queries. Participate in client meetings, prepare notes, and help ensure alignment between strategy and execution. Maintain accurate documentation of campaigns, approvals, reports, and deliverables. Coordinate with finance teams for billing, invoicing, and account reconciliation support. Contribute to improving internal processes, workflow efficiency, and team collaboration. Support Account Managers in maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring high client satisfaction. Continuously learn and apply new-age marketing approaches including AI-driven marketing, automation, and performance analytics. REQUIREMENTS: Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or client servicing roles within an agency or brand environment. Strong understanding of current digital marketing ecosystems including SEO, paid media, social media marketing, and content-driven growth strategies. Deep awareness of social media trends, platform algorithms, and evolving digital consumer behavior. Proven experience in managing digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, Linked In, and other performance channels. Excellent communication, presentation, and client relationship management skills with the ability to build long-term partnerships. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and optimize campaign performance based on KPIs. Hands-on experience with analytics and reporting tools such as Google Analytics 4, ad dashboards, and performance reporting systems. Ability to multitask and manage multiple client accounts, campaigns, and deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment. Proactive and solution-oriented mindset with a strong focus on delivering measurable client success and business outcomes. Good understanding of branding, advertising principles, and the evolving digital marketing landscape. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including creative, content, design, SEO, and technical teams.
