Continuously optimize campaigns to improve visibility, conversion rates, and ROI. Generate performance reports using Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, charts, etc.). Monitor competitor listings, pricing, and promotional strategies to stay ahead in the market. Work closely with marketing, sales, and supply chain teams to align campaigns with inventory, pricing, and promotional goals. Stay updated with the latest trends, algorithm updates, and new features introduced by Q-commerce platforms. REQUIREMENTS: 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Q-Commerce operations, preferably on platforms like Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, Flipkart and Amazon Proven expertise in CPC/CPM campaign management and performance marketing. Strong analytical mindset with advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, data interpretation). Ability to interpret platform analytics and translate data into actionable insights. Excellent communication, coordination, and time management skills. Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
