Monitor and ensure delivery of optimum quality within designated timelines by collaborating closely with Internal /External teams. In-depth understanding of the advertising industry, including trends, technologies, and best practices. Proven experience in client servicing or account management within an advertising agency. Strong ability to build and nurture client relationships. Familiarity with the creative process and the ability to work collaboratively with creative teams. Understanding of branding, design, and storytelling. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to articulate ideas clearly and present them effectively to clients and internal teams. Leadership skills to guide and inspire a team of client servicing professionals. Experience in managing and mentoring team members. Ability to develop and implement strategic plans for advertising campaigns. Understanding of how advertising fits into the overall marketing strategy. Quick and effective problem-solving skills to address challenges that may arise during campaigns. Familiarity with digital marketing platforms, social media, and online advertising. Ability to adapt to changes in client needs, industry trends, and campaign requirements. Effective time management skills to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously. A bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field.
