Maintain strong working relationships with existing clients to enhance retention and generate new sales through referrals. Demonstrate strong presentation, negotiation, and sales closing skills. Build long-term trusting relationships with clients. Utilize social media tools like Linked In for effective communication. Schedule and conduct meetings. Report sales results to the reporting person. Handle team targets for lead generation and closing. REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A minimum of 4-5 years of experience in digital sales, with a proven track record in business development, preferably with managerial experience. Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in managing prospect information. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Initiative and creativity in identifying potential prospects. Networking skills to identify and develop referral sources. A proactive approach to seeking new business opportunities in the market. In-depth knowledge of Digital Marketing, Website Designing & Development. Leadership skills to manage and lead a sales team, updating sales results.
