Leading, mentoring, and monitoring the performance of team members. Conceptualizing and developing need-based training for developing a multi-skilled workforce within sub-processes for optimum efficiency. Ensuring all data packets are collected from vendors promptly. Verification of all vendor bills. Auditing vendor sites and ensuring all requirements are adhered to. Inspiring continuous improvement in support Management.
