Troubleshoot and resolve network issues, ensuring high levels of network availability and performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy and maintain networking infrastructure. Configure and optimize network devices, including routers, switches, and wireless controllers. Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to provide innovative solutions. Conduct network performance monitoring and analysis for continuous improvement. Provide technical support to end-users and IT teams as needed. Need experience with Aruba wireless networks comprising campus APs, onboarding, management and troubleshooting Should have recent experience with controller-based wireless networks Familiarity with Aruba Mobility Master managed networks Knowledge of wireless equipment, Wi-fi standards, wireless protocols, and security standards is necessary. Hands-on experience with Clearpass policy manager is required Must have worked on Aruba Central platform Experience with AOS8 and AOS10 is mandatory Required Skills: Proven experience in designing and implementing network solutions. Strong knowledge of networking protocols, including TCP/IP, VLANs, OSPF, and BGP. Hands-on experience with Aruba networking equipment. Aruba Certified Mobility Professionals (ACMP) is a plus. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
