RESPONSIBILITIES: Microsoft Azure Administration Windows Server Administration Active Directory Management Web Server (IIS) Administration Virtualization (Hypervisor / VMware) Storage Management Backup & Disaster Recovery Security & Compliance Monitoring & Troubleshooting Candidate Profile: Experienced Windows Engineer with strong expertise in Windows Server administration (2016/2019/2022) Proficient in managing Active Directory including users, groups, OUs, and Group Policy (GPO) Hands-on experience with virtualization platforms such as VMware v Sphere and Hyper-V Skilled in deploying and managing web applications using Internet Information Services (IIS) Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure, especially Microsoft Azure , including hybrid environment integration Experienced in storage management (SAN/NAS) and capacity planning Proficient in implementing backup and disaster recovery solutions (Veeam, Windows Backup, etc.) Strong understanding of system security, access control, and patch management Expertise in troubleshooting server, network, and application issues in production environments Skilled in automation using Power Shell scripting for administrative tasks Experience in monitoring system performance and ensuring high availability Ability to handle L2/L3 support and critical incident management Strong documentation, communication, and team collaboration skills Why Should You Join Velan?
