Promote the use of the SmartQ digital platform by explaining the benefits and convenience of the SmartQ Ordering App, including available offers. Encourage users to download and use the App by providing guidance and training. Assist individuals without the App in placing orders and making payments through digital wallets Contribute to the development of operational strategies aligned with overall organizational goals. Identify areas for process optimization and efficiency improvements. Implement and monitor streamlined workflows and standardized procedures. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address operational challenges Identify potential risks to operations and implement mitigation strategies Willingness to commute to client location, and carry out kitchen visits; owning two- wheeler will be an added advantage Contribute ideas to improve reporting formats, data accuracy, and overall process efficiency. Skills & Qualifications Strong foundation in Hotel Management/ Diploma in HM with a keen interest in applying skills in a professional setting. Demonstrates strong work ethic, integrity, and personal accountability, with the ability to take initiative and make independent decisions. Demonstrates strong accountability and flexibility in taking ownership of responsibilities and adapting to changing needs. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ensuring clear and professional interactions. Strong interpersonal skills, a result-oriented mindset, and high accountability, making them a dependable team contributor.
