Write clean, reusable, scalable code. Make apps responsive and fast. Hunt down bottlenecks and bugs. Contribute to optimization and automation across UI applications. Must haves 5+ years with full stack Java Script, especially React.js and Node.js. Strong analytical and problem-solving instincts. Self-motivated, works well solo or in a self-directed team. Strong work ethic and a drive to build industry-leading products. Sharp eye for detail and quality. Comfortable building with AI-native tools (Cursor, Copilot) and AI-assisted testing/debugging. Good to haves Mongo DB and Express.js. Modern practices like CI/CD and Git workflows. Agile and iterative development.
