Job title : Salesforce QA Engineer Experience: 3-6 yrs Location : Hyderabad. OSI Digital is looking for Salesforce QA Engineer to work on new implementations, upgrades, and ongoing support projects. Responsibilities: Perform functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing for Salesforce applications Validate Salesforce moduleslike Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Marketing Cloud Analyze business requirements and create test scenarios, test cases, and test data Execute test cases and report defects using tools like Jira Work closely with developers, admins, and business stakeholders Validate Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and integrations PerformAPI testing and integration testing with third-party systems Support release cycles and production deployments. Required Skills: 3-5 years of experience in Salesforce application testing Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM – Sales & Service clouds Experience working with Salesforce workbench Strong hands on experience in all stages of STLC - test planning, test design, test case creation, test case execution, defect reporting, requirement analysis, test estimation Collaborate with the development team for defects resolution Collaborate with product owners for requirements understanding and clarifications Design and create test cases based on the functional requirements Execute test cases and defect reporting Strong experience in Functional testing – Smoke testing, regression testing, retesting, Cross browser / device compatibility testing, API testing Excellent communication skills for client interaction & status reporting Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
