Job Title: Oracle EBS Finance Functional Consultant Experience: 6+ Years Job Location: Hyderabad / Chennai / Bangalore Job Summary OSI Digital is looking for an experienced Oracle EBS Finance Functional Consultant to support new implementations, ongoing projects, and ERP practice-building initiatives. The ideal candidate should be a self-starter with a go-getter attitude, able to work independently with minimal supervision and provide best-practice recommendations. Responsibilities Understand current business operations and finance processes. Gather, analyze, and document business requirements. Finalize solution footprints and prepare Fit-Gap Analysis documentation for integrations. Configure Oracle EBS Financial modules based on business requirements. Handle data migration for Payables, Assets, and GL Trial Balances using FBDI and ADF templates. Develop financial reports using Financial Reporting Studio . Work with technical and integration teams on interfaces, transaction flows, and reconciliation. Conduct CRP1, CRP2, and UAT . Prepare setup documents, functional design documents, and test scripts. Provide functional support for Oracle EBS and Fusion Finance modules. Contribute to ERP practice building and provide best-practice recommendations. Required Skills 6+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle EBS Finance . Strong experience across AP, AR, GL, FA, CM, Project Accounting, Tax, Dubai VAT, and AGIS . End-to-end implementation experience in Oracle EBS Finance . Hands-on experience with data migration. Experience in requirements gathering, solution design, testing, and client demonstrations. Strong understanding of integrations between Oracle Finance and third-party systems/SAP. Experience with interface design, transaction flows, reconciliation, and end-to-end accounting validation. Ability to work closely with technical and integration teams to analyze and resolve issues. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Experience in Supply Chain modules is an added advantage. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Good to Have Oracle Implementation Certification. We Are Not Looking for Someone Who Has never worked directly with clients. Lacks hands-on Oracle EBS Finance experience. Has no end-to-end implementation experience. Requires continuous supervision to manage functional activities.
