Job Description – Senior Java Developer Position: Senior Java Developer Experience: 7 – 10 Years Location: Noida About the Role We are looking for a skilled and experienced Java Developer with 7– 10 years of hands-on experience in developing scalable, reliable, and high-performance web applications and backend services. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Core Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Kafka/Message Queues, REST APIs, Caching, SQL, and Oracle Database , along with a solid understanding of Data Structures and Algorithms . Key Responsibilities Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable Java-based applications. Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and web applications using Java and Spring Boot. Design and implement Microservices-based applications . Work with Kafka and other Message Queue technologies for asynchronous communication and event-driven systems. Implement and optimize caching mechanisms to improve application performance. Write efficient and optimized SQL queries and work with Oracle databases . Analyze technical requirements and translate them into robust software solutions. Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues. Participate in code reviews and maintain coding standards and best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions. Ensure application performance, scalability, security, and reliability. Required Skills & Experience Technical Skills 7–10 years of professional experience in Java development Strong knowledge of Core Java Hands-on experience with Spring Boot Strong understanding of Microservices Architecture Strong experience with Kafka / Message Queues Good understanding of Caching concepts and technologies Experience developing Web Applications and REST APIs Strong knowledge of SQL Hands-on experience with Oracle Database Strong understanding of Data Structures & Algorithms Good knowledge of object-oriented programming and software design principles Strong debugging and problem-solving skills Preferred Skills Experience working with high-volume or distributed applications Understanding of event-driven architecture Knowledge of performance optimization and application scalability Familiarity with CI/CD and Agile development practices Experience working in enterprise-level applications Candidate Profile We are looking for someone who: Has strong hands-on coding and problem-solving abilities. Can work independently as well as collaboratively within a team. Has a strong understanding of backend development and distributed systems. Is comfortable working on production-grade applications.
