Key Responsibilities: - Perl Development: Write and maintain clean, efficient, and well-documented Perl scripts and applications. - MySQL Database Management: Design, develop, and optimize MySQL queries, database schemas, and stored procedures. - Database Optimization: Analyze and optimize performance of SQL queries, database indexes, and server configurations. - Backend Integration: Integrate Perl scripts with various backend systems and APIs, ensuring smooth data exchange and automation. - Troubleshooting: Debug and resolve issues in the code, including performance problems, security vulnerabilities, and bugs. - Documentation: Maintain detailed technical documentation of systems, databases, and code to ensure efficient troubleshooting and future enhancements. Required Skills and Qualifications: - 2-3 years of experience in Perl programming with concepts like data structures, DBI, file and database handling. - Strong knowledge of MySQL database design, query optimization, and performance tuning. - Experience working with SQL queries, stored procedures, and database schema design. - Solid understanding of Linux command-line environment. - Good problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues. - Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices.
