4–6 years as a Business/System Analyst in Agile environments Strong Jira expertise: Project/board setup, workflows, schemes, custom fields, and permissions JQL, filters, dashboards, gadgets, burndown/velocity, control charts Test management via Zephyr/Xray (test cases, cycles, executions, traceability) QA/Testing fundamentals: STLC, test design techniques, UAT coordination, defect lifecycle, RCA Defining clear acceptance criteria and ensuring story/test traceability Requirements engineering: user stories, use cases, BRD/FRD; prioritization (MoSCoW/WSJF). Process modeling: BPMN/UML, swimlanes, sequence and activity diagrams; wireframes (nice-to-have). Data and integration: SQL for validation; API basics (REST/JSON), Postman/Swagger; data mapping. Communication and facilitation: workshops, demos, backlog grooming, stakeholder management. Analytical/problem-solving mindset; attention to detail and outcome orientation.
