Experience working within enterprise incident, problem and change management frameworks (e.g., ITIL), including production deployment/rollback coordination and adherence to governance and approval processes. Working knowledge of Java/Spring Boot, REST APIs, Kubernetes, Docker, Prometheus, Splunk/ELK, Git, CI/CD, Jenkins and DevOps practices, with SQL skills and exposure to at least one major cloud platform (AWS/Azure/GCP). Ability to track and improve production availability, latency, error rates, incident trends; enhance monitoring/alert coverage and automation; optimize batch/feed processing and overall application performance. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills; clear communication and stakeholder management; high ownership and accountability under production pressure and tight SLAs. Proven ability to work effectively with development, infrastructure, business and upstream/downstream teams across locations and time zones, especially during incidents and major releases.
