Spec-Driven Development: Leverage SDD / Spec Kit practices to define, validate, and implement API contracts and service specifications before development begins. Microservices Architecture: Build and optimize distributed microservices with a focus on performance, reliability, and fault tolerance. Code Quality: Write clean, well-documented, and testable code; conduct thorough code reviews and enforce engineering best practices. CI/CD & DevOps: Collaborate on CI/CD pipelines, automated testing frameworks, and deployment strategies for seamless delivery. Performance Optimization: Profile, benchmark, and optimize services for latency, throughput, and resource efficiency. Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, architects, QA engineers, and frontend teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior and mid-level developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence. Documentation: Maintain comprehensive technical documentation for APIs, services, and system architecture.
