GenAI Engineer — Required Skills & Experience Summary: Builds and maintains LLM-powered automation pipelines (multi-agent workflows, AWS Bedrock, LangChain/LangGraph) that convert unstructured business documents into structured, production-ready outputs. Programming Python SQL Frameworks & Libraries LangChain / LangGraph OpenPyXL GenAI / LLM AWS Bedrock / LLM APIs Multi-agent workflows (orchestration, agent-to-agent handoff, tool use) Prompt engineering (few-shot, structured outputs) RAG / agentic workflows Experience handling LLM production issues — rate limits/throttling, retries, malformed/non-JSON outputs, hallucinated values, prompt drift across model versions API & Integration REST API design/consumption OpenAPI/Swagger, JSON schema API authentication (OIDC) DevOps / Tooling Git, CI/CD (Bitbucket Pipelines) Jinja2 (templating) Data Handling Experience parsing inconsistent, real-world source data into structured output Comfortable debugging multi-stage pipelines where a bug in one stage silently breaks a later one Domain (Preferred) Healthcare/regulated-domain experience
