Summary of the Role We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Tech Product Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development and launch of innovative technology products that enhance our services and meet client needs. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to define product strategy, roadmap, and execution. Key Responsibilities Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap. Collaborate with engineering, design, and business teams to deliver compelling products. Conduct market research and analyze customer feedback to inform product development. Create detailed product requirements and user stories. Prioritize product backlog and manage the product lifecycle. Facilitate agile ceremonies and promote best practices in product development. Monitor product performance and conduct A/B testing for continuous improvement. Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders regarding product updates and developments. Ensure products meet quality standards and are delivered on time. Required Qualifications Must-Have: 3+ years of experience in technology product management. Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proven experience in gathering and analyzing product requirements. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Nice-to-Have: Experience in the healthcare technology sector. Familiarity with UX/UI design principles. Knowledge of data analytics and visualization tools. Certification in product management or related field.
