Summary of the Role: We are seeking a skilled Tech Product Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will drive product vision, strategy, and execution for our technology initiatives within the healthcare sector. Key Responsibilities: Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap to stakeholders. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and prioritize product requirements. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities. Lead the product development process from concept to launch. Manage product backlogs, ensuring clarity and alignment with business goals. Perform user experience and usability testing to enhance product performance. Monitor key metrics to assess product performance and inform necessary adjustments. Prepare and deliver presentations to executive teams and stakeholders. Act as the main point of contact between technical teams and business stakeholders. Facilitate project management activities to ensure timely product delivery. Required Qualifications: Must-Have: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in product management or related roles. Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies. Proven track record managing technology products successfully. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Nice-to-Have: Experience in the healthcare technology sector. Master's degree in a relevant field. Familiarity with Agile methodology and tools. Experience with data analysis tools and techniques. Knowledge of user experience (UX) design principles.
