<div data-field="responsibilities" class="jd-responsibilities"><ul style="margin-bottom:11px"><li style="margin-left:8px">Support, maintain, and enhance ERP platforms and core financial systems, including General Ledger, Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Revenue Recognition, Billing, and connected systems.</li><li style="margin-left:8px">Partner closely with Finance, Accounting, FP&A, Revenue, Tax, and Audit teams to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable system designs and solutions.</li><li style="margin-left:8px">Design, configure, and deliver ERP enhancements across the full lifecycle, including requirements analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post‑go‑live support.</li><li style="margin-left:8px">Lead and contribute to ERP integrations between financial systems and adjacent platforms such as CRM, HRIS, Data Warehouses, and third‑party vendors. </li><li style="margin-left:8px">Utilize integration platforms (iPaaS) to build, monitor, and support reliable, secure, and auditable system interfaces. </li><li style="margin-left:8px">Provide advanced troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for complex ERP, integration, and data issues, ensuring accuracy of financial data and system reliability. </li><li style="margin-left:8px">Participate in Agile delivery, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, testing, and release management for ERP and finance-related initiatives. </li><li style="margin-left:8px">Collaborate with solution architects, business system analysts, developers, and project managers to evaluate technical options and deliver secure, compliant, and scalable solutions. </li><li style="margin-left:8px">Develop and maintain architectural diagrams, integration documentation, and operational runbooks to support system integrity, audit readiness, and knowledge sharing. </li><li style="margin-left:8px">Identify and implement opportunities to leverage automation and AI to improve processes, data quality, operational efficiency, and user experience.</li><li style="margin-left:8px">Participate in code reviews and change management (release) process to develop and implement new applications and updates to existing applications </li><li style="margin-left:8px">Interface with third-party software vendors to escalate and resolve integration and software/technical issues </li><li style="margin-bottom:11px; margin-left:8px">Maintain pulse on emerging tools, software practices, and technologies to improve solution cost and quality </li></ul></div><div data-field="description" class="jd-description">As the recognized global standard for project-based businesses, Deltek delivers software and information solutions to help organizations achieve their purpose.
